We welcome the next generation! We have had the great pleasure of educating system catering specialists since 2014. The instruction that we provide for young people gives them a comprehensive insight into the working environment in the gastronomy sector and a basis that enables them to take on subsequent managerial responsibility at a system catering establishment. This is supplemented by the work that the Yooji’s Academy has been doing for many years, whereby participants learn the professional sushi trade.
